Tiny Town Goes Halloween Wall Hanging Quilt Pattern
This listing is for one, 17 page, 8 1/2'' x 11'' .pdf (electronic) pattern.
The Tiny Town Ensemble is an original quilted goods series featuring unique patterns designed by Barbara Cain.
This time, Tiny Town goes dark for Halloween! A harvest moon and flying bat light up the night sky while city dwellers below ready themselves for the end of the day!
The wall hanging quilt measures 30'' x 40'' when finished. It can be either paper pieced or traditionally pieced. This pattern is suitable for an intermediate level quilter. A material requirements chart is included.
If you plan to piece traditionally, simply cut apart the pattern and cut out the corresponding fabric pieces adding a 1/4" seam allowance to each side. It is important to be accurate with this! Sew the pieces together with 1/4'' seams just as you would with any other patchwork. Be sure to sew the pieces together in order, i.e., start with piece A1, then attach A2, A3, etc.. Once you connect all of the A pieces, do the same with the B pieces. When the B pieces are all connected to one another, sew B onto A,
and so on.
If you are a paper piecer, you know what to do!
